8 OPIC Leveraging
As
a business owner you require a team that works together towards a common goal
by ultising methods, tools and rules. The key for you is to find a right team
that fits your business and how you align your team to your business.
“Tell me about your team and I will tell you who you are"- Vinh Van Lam
Remember
your team will only be as good as you are, and surprisingly as a leader you
will only be as good as your team. Your team is a reflection of you.
Therefore as a Team and a Leader you are interdependent.
So
the first thing to build is a great team. It 's best to start with you first as
you are the leader in your business, the way you coach, work and motivate your
team is the key to your success. So first you need to know all about
"YOU" and learn as much about yourself and what is required for you
to get your people to where you want them to be in your business.
Many business
owners forgot about this point to find out more about themselves. The
true alignment between your people and business truly lays on you; the
"Leader".
The
minute you understand about yourself, you will be in a great position to understand
your team and achieve the results you really desire.
OPIC
team is a great way for you to learn about who you are and how to align your
stakeholders and your team!
The
OPIC team is to make sure you are aware of the value of having a great team,
and how they can help you in achieving your tasks, goals and create the
business of your dreams.
And
at the end you would have created a successful business that runs without
you so that it will give you more time to spending quality time with your
family and friends.
