Many
creative business owners totally shy away from systems and leave it as the
lowest priority. Most interestingly we use systems everyday and it becomes
second nature to us and we don't even realise it. I guess we take it for
granted.
To
learn and appreciate systems you need to turn on your RAS (Reticular
Activating System) to get yourself aware of what type of systems you
require in your business. You need to understand what the system is and
how it works. The real purpose to have systems is so they will save you lots of
time and money at the end of the day. That's what you are going to discover in
